At The Primrose, we hope you love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchanged, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all original The Primrose tags attached
• Free from damage, stains, odors, perfume, makeup, or signs of wear

All items marked SALE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size of the same piece or for another available item.

All exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred item or size is unavailable, your return will be issued as store credit once it has been received and approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit via email.

Store credit can be used toward a future purchase at The Primrose.

Incorrect, Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at theprimrosepr@gmail.com or through our social media direct messages so we can assist you.
