At The Primrose, we want you to feel completely in love with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns for store credit only under the following conditions:
• Store Credit Returns: Eligible returns will be issued as store credit if requested within 5 days of delivery.
• Return Window: Items may be returned within 5 days of delivery.
• Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original store labels intact, and free from damage, stains, or perfume.
• Final Sale Items: All items marked as SALE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit via email.
