Shipping policy

At The Primrose, every order is prepared with care and intention. We currently ship within Puerto Rico and the United States.

• Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped every Monday. Orders placed after Sunday at 11:59 PM AST will be included in the following week’s shipment.

• Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping.

• Shipping Rates: Standard $8.00 & Primrose Express $16.00

◦ Free shipping is available on all orders of $150 or more.

◦ Orders under $150 will be charged a flat standard shipping rate.

• Tracking: We provide tracking numbers for all shipments.
