Shipping Policy

At The Primrose, every order is prepared with care and intention. We currently ship within Puerto Rico and the United States.

• Shipping Schedule: Orders are processed and shipped every Monday. Orders placed after Sunday at 11:59 PM AST will be included in the following week’s shipment.

• Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping.

◦ Free shipping is available on all orders of $150 or more.

◦ Orders under $150 will be charged a standard shipping rate.

• Tracking: We provide tracking numbers for all shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

At The Primrose, we want you to feel completely in love with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns for store credit only, under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Items may be returned within 5 days of delivery.

• Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original store labels intact, and free from damage, stains, or perfume.

• Final Sale Items: All items marked as SALE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit via email. Thank you for respecting our policies — they help us maintain the care and quality you deserve.
